| 非正規雇用の人は「自信・信念」周りへの「信頼」「友人ネット」を持っているなど、一般の人より多くの強み要因を持っている。一方、健康面では「生活習慣病」などの病気にかかる率は他の人の1.7倍、うつなどの心の健康リスクも1.5倍前後と高くなっている。しかも「要介護」になる比率も2.2倍になるなど健康格差が生じている。本人が「貧困」に陥る倍率は1.5倍だが、子どもが「雇用不安定」になるリスクは6.6倍と高くなっており、次世代にまで大きな影響を与えている。将来の格差拡大を防ぐためにも、正規・非正規の格差をなくしていく必要がある。 See Details | |||
